2022-2023 Student Registration

Student Registration Process

Ready or not, it is time to start thinking about student registration.

Once again this year, we will be conducting student registration on-line.  No more stacks of paper or waiting in line.  On Tuesday, July 5, an email will be pushed out to families via our student management system, TeacherEase, with directions for starting the registration process.  This process should only take a few minutes to complete.  The student registration window will be open from July 5-July 31.

During the registration process, families will be given the option to pay fees online via TeacherEase.  Please know that there is a processing fee of 2.9% plus an additional 30¢ per transaction.

The school district also has a PayPal account.  Families are welcome to pay the fees via PayPal.

If fees are not paid online, payment can be made via check or cash at the school office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00-4:00 or mailed to Germantown Elementary, 401 Walnut Street, PO Box 400.

If you have any questions about the registration process, please contact the school office at 523-4253.

The junior high students will not be required to wear PE uniforms during the upcoming school year, so all families with 5th-8th grade students will save a little money there.

We hope you enjoy the streamlined student registration process.
