The bus routes have been updated for the 2022-23 school year. Click the links embedded in the article to see them. Please look at the route(s) that pertain to your family situation.
Bus Route #1 – West of Town (AM Primary Driver: Gerard Albers)
Bus Route #2 – Route 161 East and Bottoms (AM Primary Driver: Carl Diesen)
Bus Route #3 - Northtown - (AM Primary Driver: Denis Lakenburges)
Late Run – AM PreK students, kindergarten students, and students not in the PSR program (AM Primary Driver: Carl Diesen)
For the PM routes, those riding the late bus run to school will be incorporated into route #1, route #2, or route #3 based on the drop-off address. We do not have drop-off times to share, but we can tell you that each route is typically completed within 45 minutes. All students should be at their drop-off location by approximately 3:45.
At the end of day dismissal, the buses will be lined up as follows along Walnut Street:
1st Bus - Bus Route #1 – West of Town (PM Primary Driver: Gerard Albers)
2nd Bus - Bus Route #2 – Route 161 East and Bottoms (PM Primary Driver: Frank Schroeder)
3rd Bus - Bus Route #3 – Northtown (M&K Bus Service ) The students that ride this bus will report to the cafeteria after school. They will get picked up at approximately 3:20 by the M & K Bus driver. All riders should be home by 3:45.
The first day of school for K-8 students is Monday, August 15. Bus transportation will begin on this day for our TK-8 students. This is a full day of school.
The first day of school for the morning PreK program is Wednesday, August 17. Bus transportation will begin on this day for our morning PreK students.
In the beginning of the school year, it takes a little time to get the routes running smoothly. Keep in mind the pickup times are approximate and will likely change slightly from day to day depending on traffic, number of passengers to be picked up, etc. Please be patient with us.
